National Certification in Water Damage Remediation, IICRC
The IICRC standards serve to develop common, industry-accepted language and terminology that enables us to more universally discuss concepts and procedures regarding cleaning, inspection, and restoration.

Mold Inspectors and Remediation Contractors, MICRO
A Micro Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC) is a specialist who has been professionally trained to remove mold contamination in structures and materials in accordance with certain accepted standards and to resolve any underlying moisture issue leading to the contamination.

Fire, Soot, & Smoke Remediation, IICRC
The process of fire restoration can be very involved. Private homeowners and companies can oftentimes be devastated by the damage caused by this kind of event. One aspect that gives peace of mind involves knowing when the right professional has been hired. That is one of the reasons why it is important to hire a firm that is associated with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Certified in Bloodborne Pathogen cleanup, OSHA
OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) as amended pursuant to the Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act of 2000, prescribes safeguards to protect workers against the health hazards caused by bloodborne pathogens. Its requirements address items such as exposure control plans, universal precautions, engineering and work practice controls, personal protective equipment, housekeeping, laboratories, hepatitis B vaccination, post-exposure follow-up, hazard communication and training, and recordkeeping.

Certification for the EPA Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, & Painting Program, FEDERAL
EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 have their firm certified by EPA (or an EPA authorized state), use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.

Master Pesticide License as required for sanitizing agents, STATE of MAINE
Pesticides can be important tools which, in the hands of an informed applicator, offer many potential benefits. But pesticides can also pose risks if improperly used. Maine law requires many people who apply or sell pesticides to first obtain a license. The Board of Pesticides Control has the responsibility for licensing applicators and distributors to ensure pesticides are used properly and to protect the people and the environment of Maine.
